It's an accepted fact that moving

Estate agents want to sell their clients'
properties and, naturally, they'll arrange mortgages
- but they often deal with only one or two lenders,
or their mortgage arranger will be tied to a
provider of investment plans, such as endowments
or pensions. The banks will only offer
